Breakfast Kingdom, Fridge City and the Enchanted Feast
An unreasonable amount of the nighttime universe is edible. The Breakfast Kingdom has donut forests, a Buttermilk Palace and Queen Lactose the Tolerant on the throne, with Sir Peter Pancake as her most loyal knight. Fridge City is the cold neon town behind the door where Brocco Larry's band plays the Salad Bowl and Evan Picklesfield takes the field.
Troll Village throws the Enchanted Feast, which Gobbles is in charge of and which collapses roughly every time. Food is doing real work in these stories, not just jokes: it is the thing you share or don't, the thing you refuse to try, the thing a whole community makes together and then has to save.
Parents of committed non-vegetable-eaters have reported the Fridge City episode being played on loop.
