After a spooky cartoon leaves Nathan worried about monsters, Peanut Butter Jim takes him to Monster Valley just as the Annual All-Monster Dance is falling apart. Decorations are smashed, slime punch is spilled, and everyone is blaming the giant, grumbly Grumpus.
In this stories for kids podcast episode, Nathan and PB Jim explore Monster Valley to uncover what really happened at the dance and why everyone thinks the Grumpus ruined it.
As they search through the valley and meet all kinds of unusual monsters, Nathan and PB Jim discover the real story — the Grumpus isn’t mean at all, just lonely and feeling left out. Nathan learns that sometimes the scariest things turn out to be the ones who need a friend the most.
A comforting adventure about facing fears, understanding others, and making friends in surprising places.
